The Blade: DC53 Die Steel (60HRC) Unlike standard tools, our stitching awls (French, Diamond, and Round) are machined from premium DC53 Cold Work Die Steel.
- Vacuum Heat Treated: Tempered to a hardness of 60HRC, providing exceptional toughness and wear resistance.
- Mirror Polished: The 3mm shaft is CNC machined and hand-polished to glide through leather with minimal friction, reducing hand fatigue during long stitching sessions.
